Shipping and Returns
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Most orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days from the time the order is placed.
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address which you had provided once the order has been dispatched.
Because we ship from our global warehouses, orders may take anywhere from 10 - 20 business days from the day of dispatch to reach you, depending on your location. We advise that you not place an order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see their status by clicking the "Tracking" option, located on the header menu of our website.
Promotional, free plus shipping items are excluded to one item. If you add multiple free plus shipping items to your basket, you will still only get billed for one and shipped one.
Returns and Exchanges
We value your business at Cat Arcadia, so we tried to make our returns policy as easy and fair as possible. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, once the return has been approved via e-mail. Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of order receipt, and in the original packaging. If the item had arrived damaged, then we might request proof (such as pictures) of the damage for quality reasons. You will be responsible for whatever shipping costs your local postal service charges for the return, unless the item was damaged/defective. We request that you ask for tracking to ensure the item arrives back to us safely. To make a return, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
Free exchanges are given as long as an exchange request is communicated within 30 days of receiving the order. Please note that our return policy does not include earrings, bodysuits, pantyhose and cat apparel. These items are final sale due to hygienic reasons. Also, any edible cat treat is not refundable or eligible for store credit if the cat does not like it.
*Please note that Cat Arcadia is not held responsible for any damage caused by phone accessories to your cellular device.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, granted that they're in stock.
